for us, cacao begins with the tree and its environment, and with the people who lovingly care for it.
that's why we use the bean-to-bar principle: we have insight into the origins of our cacao beans and manage the entire production process ourselves, from raw bean to packaged final product.
OUR STORY & MISSION
Our mission is simple: to make pure chocolate that showcases each cacao’s natural flavor notes, just as they are. With every harvest, cacao’s taste may vary, and we embrace those changes as part of its beauty.
We move away from adding ingredients that cloud the original flavor of cacao, and the cacao is not roasted (raw).
When we craft our 100% Organic Ceremonial Cacao, you experience cacao as it should be — full of life, nutrients, and richness.
For our 70% chocolates, we use organic coconut blossom sugar (naturally low on the glycemic index) and a touch of extra cacao butter. That’s it.
Rooted in a passion for holistic health, and guided by years of experience in catering, our journey is shaped by an appreciation for quality, flavor, and mindfulness.
